Have an 8200 which at startup gets to the printhead test, then before completion recycles itself.

I've substituted the printhead and power supply and believe the power control board is OK.

I don't have a main board on hand to swap out but I must suspect that could be the cause of the problem.

Any suggestions about the recycling problem and not being able to finish the start up routine.

Did you go to the hidden service menue and adjust the setting under head adjust and then run els?

Did you try running the jetfix snippet and interupt it?

Thanks for responding but I'm sorry I don't know how to get to the hidden service menu since it doesn't finish it's diagnostic testing and start up.

If you can tell me how I would like to do that!

Thanks

Have you verified the drum heater lamps are functional? I have had a printer do this exact cycle because of bad lamps.
