Nortel is asking for my site ID. I gave them the info from LD22, TID, but they say that not what they want. Any idea where I can find it?..Thanks..Chuck

thet ought to be able to match it up based on your pbx SNN (tid), but anyway, it will be on your contract paperwork, not any info on your switch.

There is a SYSTEM ID number in the CFN, but that can be changed
The SID is used for polling an SL-1 for ACD, CDR
and traffic reports. It can also be printed and changed
using LD 2.

The Tape ID is normally what vendors want. Avaya/Nortel wants your contract number with them. Do you have one?
