81c/ Mer Mail trouble

I have an 81c that has been dealing with lightning, system is up, but I am having problems with Meridan Mail. I can dial mail terminate on a channel but I do not hear mail lady. When dialing in from outside, terminate and receive error code ERR3036 continuity failure. I have changed out QPC414, Per Sig, MMP40, VP8, does anybody have any other suggestions?

Can you log on to the Meridian Mail and confirm that the hard drive is fully functioning?

enrightdj...have you been to ld 48 and stat aml to see
if it was disabled or enable.to enable it do enl aml then
the aml number
