Our VM crashed and we just received the replacement card, installed it, and almost everything is back to normal, except...

After the automated attendant answers and then a caller presses 0 for the Operator, it should first ring at extension 127. If extension 127 is busy or does not answer, we want it to ring at 122. If 122 is busy or does not answer, we want it to go to 121. If 121 is busy or does not answer, it should go to the VM box for the Operator.

Can someone help me with setting this up... not sure if this is done in Webpro, UM8000 or both.

Thanks in advance!

With a new VM card you need to log into the VM and set up one key dialing options. On the 8100 system usually a virtual key is placed on the phone for call coverage and the one key dialing in the VM points to that virtual so it rings on every phone that has it as an appearance.
