We have an 8100 at a lawyers office who uses account codes to bill their customers. The problem is that after you enter the account code and start dialing the number in there is a constant tone (higher pitch than dial tone) that you have to dial through and never breaks until you enter 7 digits.
NTAC is at a loss so I wanted to see if anyone here has seen this problem before we change out the CPU.
