I have an s8720 V4.0.5
I have a radius server installed connected to an BD8810.
I have activate 802.1x in the switch.
Phone is connected to POE port in the switch configured for netlogin.
When the phone start, it demand to put the 802.1xID and the password.
after putting 802.1xId and the password, the phone displays "waiting for 802.1x authentication" although in the Radius server I see that the phone was authenticated.
Phone 4610 firmware 2.9
Please any one have an idea, how the phone still in this step "waiting for 802.1x authentication"
I have restart the phone but the still the some problem.
