802.11b WAP with 802.11g NIC 1

If I set up an 802.11b WAP, will 802.11g NIC's be able to talk to it ok? Thanks.

Yes, just be sure in setting up the NICs that you do not specify "G - Only" mode, but either "Mixed Mode" or "B- Only" mode.
