Hi everyone:

I am setting up an Access Point on a wired LAN. The only person that has the wireless capability to connect is in another state and won't be here until tomorrow (in which it has to be up then!). The AP is connected to a hub.

So I set up the Belkin Wireless Access Point Manager. The manager is detecting the AP on our network, however whenever I type in the default password to connect it keeps coming back Connection Failed. I've tried resetting the AP, per Belkin's solutions, but that doesn't work. I've verified several times that I am typing in the password (correctly - I am aware of case sensitibity).

Has anyone else had this issue connecting?

Thank you!

Nevermind everyone,

Turns out that there was a little thing that I had to do on my firewall to get the computer & AP to talk to each other. Once I set the Host IP the computer connected to the AP immediately.
