80040e19....Public Folder Error!!!

I recieve an error everytime I try to access my public folder in Exchange System Manager.
The error reads:

The Object is no longer available. Press F5 to refresh the display and then try again. ID no: 80040e19 Exchange System Manager
The Microsoft website was of no help..I tried what they reccommended and it didnt solve the problem
Please help with any info possible..

Do you have only one NIC?
Are you using port 80 on the Default Webiste?
Do you only have problems in ESM? Any in OWA or Outlook?
Using Host Headers?

no problems in outlook or OWA
using port 80 and header is blank
i have two NICS in the computer but im only using one of them
I only have one server and it is running the mail and DHCP DNS and WINS. im not using proxy server. what should i do?
