80004005, Unspecified error, Description: Unspecified error CDSJob::Run(): CP Server ping failed, Source: CallPilot Reporter]

When trying to generate reports using Call Pilot reporter. Can anyone help me with this?

Couldn't find any faults relevant on Nortel, but the message seems to read that the CP Reporter Server could not see (Ping) the CP Server. Can you ping from one server to the other?

Yes they are able to ping between servers.

Don't know then mate. Do you have a firewall that blocks ports on your network that needs to be allowed (dont know what ports couldn't find anything in NTPs). Obviously if its just started happening there is always a trusty reboot of both servers. Check patching levels on both. Sniff the network see if you can see anything obvious. Add the servers into the host file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (open with notepad)) should be able to ping by name.

Sorry can't be of much help just not had the fault and can't seem to dig up anything.

I will give that a try... Thank you for your help.

You have callpilot reporter server on the CLAN/TLAN correct? and NOT on the ELAN?

That is correct. It is on the TLAN.

Has CP Reporter ever worked?

Does CallPilot Manager work when you log into the ?

Do you have OM data being collected?

Are your CP Reporter Server and your CP connected to the same switch in the same data center?

Is the version of CP Manager installed on the CP Server and the CP Reporter on the same version and pep levels?
