800 roll over

I have an 800 number that is not rolling over when someone picks up the line. I need for this number to roll over to other phones when someone calls.

assistance would be awesome !!

The toll free either comes in as a DNIS on a circuit or points to a DID number/POTS number, which is it?. Is that number set up as a regular extension, hunt, ACD etc or what?
