800 numbers

hello. I have a few 800 numbers that I am not able to reach such as ones that start with 877 etc. is there a table that I can add these in

You have to make sure that they are going out your local trunks first. In the ARS ANA table they should be set up just as your 800# Wisdom is Knowledge
that is Shared
