8 x 24 with disconn. supp. calls back???

Hi I dont know what is causing this?
What is happening is if you select a line, then hang up the system calls me back,, is that bad software??

go to programming change line trunk mode to super this will
terminate the call when you hang up

I cant find that option in programing, I can find it in any MICS software but not on a 8x24 dr5 software??

It's under Configuration, then item 1, TRK/LINE DATA.

check your auto hold setting, change to no. If you go off hook on that line and dial a digit then hit another line it will put it on hold, make sure you disconnect before hitting another line.
