8 Target lines for DID

I have 2 Recpt phones with 8 DID Target lins to APP & Ring
they ring on both phone OK, but if one answers and put's it on hold, the other Recpt can't pick it up. the only way they have been able to have the other Recpt answer it is to Park it first and then dial the CP DN.

They can also transfer it.
Target lines are not like regular lines.

This is the perfect application for SWCA keys. Give both recept's matching SWCA keys. Works great if you have a few spare buttons.

Whoever takes the call first parks the call onto the SWCA key. Anyone that has a matching SWCA key assigned on their set will see it flashing and just select it to pick up the call.

SWCA (System Wide Call Appearance) A very nice feature for some applications.

Documentation covers it very well. Better than most other feature documentation.
You didn't mention your software version, but I believe it came out about 3.0 time.

You can even change the programming that when the user pushes hold it uses one of the swca keys.
