8-Port Nam

8-port NAM disconnecting calls. AA picks call up but there is just silence and then disconnects them after a couple of seconds.I know this is vague but I can get more details.

We could also use some details like mics software ver, nam vm software ver, copper lines, t1 or prime, straight aa or ccr.

Working fine until 3:00pm yesterday. Both the system and vm were installed in 1999 by someone else. I will get both software versions.Copper and AA.

The AA picks up some of the time. They give out 1 main number and all patients call that. I just called the main line and was able to get the AA to handle up to 4 calls at the same time but on the 5th attempt it picked me up then dropped me in a couple of seconds without any audio.

Clean contacts and reseat the 2nd DVC card. I cured 1 that way.
