Query displays and plays back audio of 13 calls from 2003, several hundred per year up to the current. Supervision reports locked space 6% and Error: Oldest calls were auto-deleted regardless of evaluated state. However, we've noticed the same oldest 13 calls have been on the recorder for days now despite what Supervision states. Only 4 calls from 2007 still not evaluated -- all remaining unevaluated calls are 2008. Any ideas how to delete all calls from at least 2006 and back short of initializing the drives and losing everything?

within nice query run a channel query. when the results show highlight calls and unlock. they will then be overwritten when new audio is archived to hard disk

Your suggestion was the first thing tried which did not work and thus this posting. CLS thinks the calls are not locked and set for purging(?)and yet that never happens, therefore since the audio never gets released, the back-up of locked space and the warnings. Thanks!

There is an unlock tool available but I only have 8.8 copies. Might pay to contact your local nice supplier

did you tick the locked box on details tab within query. have tested in lab and it works fine. Also you can use the functtstr on logger to delete old tokens. The unlock tool as also fine it just depends on what version of loggers you have. Its located on cls. best to do this outside business hours as it takes up extra logger cpu as it seraches auddb for locked sessions
