8.1.63 Embedded Voicemail

Over the weekend, I had a customer to who had an outside line connected to an embedded voicemail box for 3 days. The analog trunk is using all defaults. Maximum record time is set to 120 seconds. This is not the first time I have seen this on this particular system. Anyone have any idea of why this could be happening?
 
Line doesn't disconnect; Avaya screwed up big time with this, but has been resolved on 9.0 with V2 cards.

If you have V1 cards, downgrade to 8.1(56). The provider probably has a MWI refresh every 30 minutes or so, usually cable carriers. If it doesn't clear the problem for good, play with diconnect timer (reduce by 50 ms until you hit the spot).
