8.0/8.1 corrupt software/configurations

Has anyone else been experiencing software/configuration corruptions on 8.0 and 8.1 (specifically 8.0.44 and 8.1.56) with Embedded VM.

Few Examples:
AA missing from Manager.
Calls to an extension are Ringing Hunt Groups even when HG and extension are deleted.
Calls overflow to secondary HG, then AA, but AA does not play.
