When plugging this phone into a particular extension it will just get stuck on 'Please Wait' while plugging it into others it will come up just fine. :/
The extension has a 4424D plugged in currently which works without issue.

Any ideas?

power cycle the module in question, or the 500 if it is on board. Sounds like an issues with upgrading (even uf it doesn't need it), it can get stuck if that port has done an upgrade previously.

I think you need to reboot the IP500.
Right now there is a different phone connected on it and the IP Office has always been stubborn when this happens.
It just does not upgrade phones on ports that already have upgraded phones.
In this case it is a bit different but it does not harm to try a reboot.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

This morning after a generic reboot the following are showing up in system status:

Also, none of the 9508 phones work now.

What happens if you plugin the old 44XX?
when that one works what happens when you plugin the 9508?

You need to reformat and recreate the SD card then put the config file back on from a backup (in the manager folder), the card has got corrupted :)

can you please provide your monitor log? just open the monitor wait one minutes capture it and paste it here.

This is what Monitor throws if I remove and insert the System Card.

A consultant has suggested I pursue a System SD Card recreate but to avoid a reformat as that can erase a key licensing file.

The consultant is wrong, make sure you have a copy of the config, open Manager (with your card inserted into a card reader), use Manager to format and then recreate the card, than name the config file config.cfg and put back in the primary folder on the SD card :)

Andy is right.
Sometimes the directories or files get corrupt.
A format by manager and a recreate by manager will do the trick.

Just avoid formatting through Windows. that will screw it up!
