CAN access the short-codes but they are not visible in Manager; fields are just blank...
Have you tried to resend (upgrade) the files to the ip office and also the embedded voice mail to ensure that nothing is corrupt?
Was there any other firmware on this system or is this the only firmware.
Was there an upgrade at all?
I do believe the system was upgraded from 7.0 to 8.0 about a year ago; at least that is what the Customer is telling me. They said they've had issues with getting garbled audio from the recorded greetings and Avaya told them to upgrade, however they still experience the garbled audio occasionally, of which they just reboot and the problem disappears. Not sure if this has always been the issue as I am now the tech to manage the system.
