7970 basic cnf.xml file

The one I am using isnt loading correctly and the phone isnt trying to connect to my Call manager. I have setup other phones in SIP mode to Switchvox so those config files do me no good. the file im trying now has minimal info in it but still no go.

This is what i have in my config file

Are you manually uploading the xml file to the TFTP server then or are you modifying the existing file on the server?

If are adding it to call manager all you should have to do is configure it through the admin web page.
 
Ok i was manually editing a file and then putting it on my TFTP server. When I switched the TFTP server to be my call manager the phone connected and works fine. So I guess my question now is how can I get the xml file off the call manager server to my PC so I can look through it to find the differences in that file and the one I was using.
