Please be aware that the issue where 7970 phones freezing up have been experienced by two other Cisco customer's currently in the 29th February time zone.
The last Leap Year issue for 7970 phones was CSCed37125 (back in 2004).
So far, this has been seen with customers running 6-0-3sr1s and has had a devastating affect
The affected phones cannot be reset from the CCMAdmin pages, and must be reset manually via the various methods available.
The most recent firmware 8.3(3)SR2 has been established and verified as not having the issue.
