7962 shared lines - can't answer

Hi,

Have a user with a 7962 (SCCP) with sidecar, about 6 lines; each person in the group is configured with Line 1 and Line 2 on 7940's with the exception of 2 people using a new phone 7841. (SIP)

User with new 7841 is on Line 1
Another call comes in, the 7962 does not show that the phone has another call coming in so it can't be answered.
I compared to settings of the 7940 which worked fine and it looks the same.

Is there something obvious in the configuration of the new phone? It all looks normal. I checked the 7962 as well to ensure the Flash only, ring only settings were matching that of the 7940 for that specific line, they are system default, and that's working for all the other phones.
