We're having an IPC user, who does not, although built in the system, have a 7945 desk phone is having an issue sporadically where she cannot hear the caller whether she calls them, or she is called. It's maybe once a day and has been happening for roughly 6 months.
I see her IPC built and looks correct, but I also see the Model as a 7945. Would the designated model listed as a 7945 cause any issues (thinking that it may be looking for the 7945?)?
