7942G as third party SIP

I'm trying to configure a Cisco 7942G with SIP firmware loaded to work on a third party PBX.

I can see the Device->SIP Settings but I am unable to edit them from the phone menu

Similarly if I log into the phone with web browser the info is read only

How do I set up the SIP Line and server settings in the phone?
