I copied an exisiting 7942 template and created a new user/ phone in callmanager 7.1 (Changed MAC & description, Etc). Plugged it in and it won't get passed "Configuring IP" status on the phone. Verified IP settings on the phone. What am I missing? Let me just add..it was pretty much throwin' at me with no formal training. This is our first IP system and is tied into our Nortel 81c, thanks for the help in advance!
