We recently purchased somee 7942 wideband phones. We assumed that the call quality would be better because it uses the entire voice range (at a bandwidth cost). I am biased and like the new sound, but we have yet to roll it out to customers. Since it does sound dramaticly different, have you rolled out any of the wide band devices and if so, what was your customer response? Did they like the call quality or was it such a big change that they didn't like it?

had several that did'nt like it so i just shut off the wideband setting in cm.
