7941G transfer phone question

Brochure states has 2 back lit buttons.
How many call appearances does it have?

Here's why....

If I am on one call and a second call comes in that needs to be transfered I will not have a free line to transfer the call.

Hopefully call transfers are handled differently with cisco product. I do not know anything about this product but am hoping you can assist me. I may be purchasing it.

Will I be able to transfer out that second call in that scenario?

Yes you will be able to transfer. Each button on a CISCO phone can handle up to 200 calls.

So your second call will come on the same button as call one and your transfer will also use that too.

Very slick and simple. Do not need additional buttons for the same directory number just to handle multiple calls.
