Other than the obvious reason (it has more buttons) Why would you recommend the 7960 vs the 7940? Or would you?

We've been tasked with providing recommendations on which phone to use and was wondering if anyone had any insite as to why they would use one phone over the other. We only plan on having two line apperances, and speedials are not really that important.

Any thoughts?
