7940 vs. 7960

We are currently going through the Beta phase of our VoIP conversion. What are the pros and cons using 7940 phone set and the 7960 other than the obvious 4 extra buttons??

Here are a few we came up with:
Future functionality
we only have to stock one type of phone
We only have to admin. one type of phone

Anything else??

We're using a blend of 40s and 60s, depending on the needs of the user. I can't think of a single thing different between the two.

You could always go for the new 7970 with full color touch screen... only $995 list.
