Greetings, I am trying to install a new 7937G conference phone, however I am unable to add it to call manager.
We are running Cisco Unified CallManager, System version: 5.1.3.7000-5, Administration version: 1.1.0.0-1
And the problem is when I go to the following menu:
Device -> Phone -> Add New Phone
7937G is *not* appearing in the dropdown list of selectable phones.
Is there a way for me to add a new type of phone to my dropdown list? What is the best way for me to add this phone to my Call Manager? Do I need to run an update before it will let me select 7937 in the "Add New Phone" menu?
Please let me know if I can clarify any of these points. Any help is appreciated.
