Hi. I'm running a Cisco Callmanager, version 6.1.2.1000-13. I've got a problem with two 7935 conference phones mysteriously "de-registering" from the phone system.

In poking around, I see that other's have had similar problems, and that it might be due to the software load. When I checked, these phones are running ver 3.1(1.0), which Cisco doc's say is meant for CM release 4 and earlier. So I plan on installing ver 3.2 (19)

Cisco's release notes tell me how to upload the file to CM, but I have some questions since I've never done this before.

1) Is 3.2(19) a stable load?
2) Do I need to upload to both the publisher and subscriber? (I would think so)
3) If this load doesn't work, can I down-rev or am I SOL?
4) Is the software update automatic, or do I need to do something to "push" the load to the phones?

Any help would be appreciated.

1) I have not heard of any issues
2) Yes you will need to place on all servers.
3) As long as the old revsion required a certificate.
4) It should, because it is a newer load.
