7925G cuting out and warbled

just added new Cisco phones to our wireless network and in one area (x-ray) we are now having an issue with the phone cutting out and warbled. I replaced the phone and got the same resault. I stand under the access point and I have full signal strenght and it still happens. could this be network jitter?

they used to have spectralink phone that they had no problems with.

This is more than likely a network qos issue and not the phone.
make sure you have the latest phone load for the 7925 and from there on you will need to troubleshoot your wireless network.
 
I just activated one of these last week but I dont have the same issue, mines is actually working great but CANNOT get inbound calls. I can call out and use all the features. What type of access point are you using and what encryption method? WEP? Leap? Also using CCM 8.6(1)in my environment.
