just added new Cisco phones to our wireless network and in one area (x-ray) we are now having an issue with the phone cutting out and warbled. I replaced the phone and got the same resault. I stand under the access point and I have full signal strenght and it still happens. could this be network jitter?
they used to have spectralink phone that they had no problems with.
