7925 calling unity

Having an issue where a 7925 wireless set calls an extension and the call goes to voicemail you can not leave a voice message. Unity times out like you are not speaking. You can however press DTMF tones and it responds. This is happening on all 7925's. I can successfully call other IP phones and endpoints and they can hear me fine.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like it may be a codec issue, have you verified your device pool and regions ?

The device Pool looks to be set the same as my other phones that work fine. What am I looking for in the Region settings? Device Pool region setting seems to be dorrect in the device pool. Is there something on the path to the Unity Side I need to check?
