7921 Firmware from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 Fails

Hello All,

I am attempting to update the firmware on our 7921s from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4. When the phone attempts to pull down the firmware I receive the message "Image Download Failed". I have uploaded the .LOADS to all servers on the Cluster.

For testing purposes I am applying this firmware to an individual phone by using the Phone Load Name under the device.

I am running Call Manager 7.1(3).

Any thoughts?

Ensure you have the new firmware load name in the call manager device defaults for the 7921 and then insert the firmware load name on the device under phone load.Once you do that do a reset of the device.
