7920 display lock problem on CME

We are having a problem with our 7920s. We are using CME 3.3, CUE 2.1.
When someone is on a call and another call comes in and isn't answered, the display locks up with "Unknown call" or something like that on the display.

The only way to clear that message is to power off the phone and power it back on and sometimes pull off the battery.

We downgraded the 7920s from 2.0 to 1.1.9 but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
