7905 reprogram soft keys

I have a user who complains that when using softkey to pickup a call, if someone else picks up before her, the role of the softkey changes from pickup to redial, which results in a redial.

I've had a quick look to see if reprogramming the softkey is possible, however, never having done this, i could do with some advice on whats involved please.

Any thoughts.
