At a site we are converting from PBX to Cisco VoIP, we have a need for Multi Button phones. One that has been recommended to me is the 7861. I have never used this model, so would appreciate any input on it's robustness, quality of build and general user friendliness, especially as compared to the 7945 and 7965's we currently use at multiple other sites.
Would anyone recommend any other model?
