Good Day All,
Have any of you that are using 7941G-Ge and 7961G-GE sets seen sets fail because any of the following:
- defective switch hooks?
- dropping calls?
Out of 1300 phone sets, I've had about a 10% failure rate with these issues. I'm still under warranty, and Cisco ships replacements out willingly enough, but I'm concerned about what might happen when I'm out of warranty (roughly in about 2.5 months). I've heard that there are manufacturing issues with some of these sets - have any of you heard this? If so, is there a bad batch of serial numbers that I can look for?
