I've never seen this before, but a client of mine has this error and has been having issues on the system. Would erasing the configuration and reloading it help at all. The Legend R7.0 only has about 40 stations connected and an 007MLM. Or is it that the processor has seen its better day and needs to be replaced?

She's done. The lower ROM failure may not rear it's head immediately, but you definitely, DEFINITELY want to replace that processor ASAP. Clear the alarms and I'll bet that the error LED on the proc comes back on within a minute.

Not all is lost, though. You could keep the processor around for yourself as a surrogate "bench test" unit--good for pulling reports and stuff.

You're right, as soon as I cleared the alarm it did come right back. I'm gonna go back tomorrow and replace it. Thanks for the response.
