7700 wont believe I have changed the belt cleaner assembly!

Hi all, I replaced the belt cleaner assembly but on restart the printer won't have it and it's driving me crackers. Is there a way of telling the 7700 that the assembly has been changed?

Sometimes the Xerox printers will not reset items if there is another error or job going on at the same time. Unplug the network cable and hit job cancel several times and see if that clears it.
