We've a similar problem - starts up with ROS motor rot. fail" and then moves onto Polygon Motor Fail and running through print cartridges being missing- tried Clear Tech Rep
Fault, Clear <09-380 ~ 09-383> amongst others

Maybe it really is the polygon motor? wont print test prints from within Diagnostic mode -

We've tried the issue with the Door B latch / plastic catch bent - seems to be closing properly - and this was an isue once before

I guess we'd like to confirm whether it really is a parts issue and not some quirk of door not being closed or other issue

Possibly important: This all started up pretty much immediately after we replaced a Print Cartridge

help!

The polygon motor is part of the laser scanner assembly 116-1110-00. If you get that error code, it usually is accurate.

The laser originate the image pattern, so if it doesn't work...you get nothing. It is essential to getting any print.

You will need to buy a scanner, and then do Regicon.
