My customer just upgraded from 76300c to 76400b. The release Shop Order process went from 5 to 6 minutes to 17 to 42 minutes.
Exact has a copy of the database and cannot reproduce the problem. I also have a copy of the database and I can reproduce the problem on my laptop. This means that the issue is environmental, not data-related.
We have had the same experience on multiple machines. Exact is at a loss (although their systems people are looking at this) and so am I.
Has anyone run into this? Or for that matter do you have any suggestions?
