75% full mailbox when it's almost empty

Hello,
I have a user who's mailbox is just about empty but is still reading that it is 75% full. There aren't any attachments that are taking up the room. The sent items folder is empty. There aren't any other hidden messages somewhere as far as I can see. If you have any idea what could cause this and how I can reset it please let me know.

Everything is empty, it is just a false reading. I am going to run system maintenance and see if that will clear it up.

Thats just what I was going to recommend. Maintenance should clear up this problem immediately!

We had this problem. Had to run maintenance twice in a night to get all the accounts to show the correct reading.
