743x has "SILENT" on display 1

Hi all. I have an off-site user that has "SILENT" on the display and can't get the ringer working. I know this sounds basic but I deal with these sets never!!

Searched here and Google with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

On Norstar phones you dial Feature *80 to adjust ringer volume. See if that works.

Could be DND feature 85, feature # 85 to cancel.

Try MENU # and change your profile/options.

Look for the user guide under that model.
