7316 Display time not current with System Time

Im sure this is something that I am overlooking. I have a BCM 400 with 12 7316E sets. The time recently changed for daylight savings time. I have verified that the system time is current and correct. My problem is that on all my sets, the time still reflects an hour off. I have tried resetting the phoneset etc but it is still an hour off on all the phones. What is the trick here and what the heck am I missing.

Once logged in, go to system, then to identification and adjust accordingly; current time and time zone. Sets will update.

I have already set the time on the BCM several times. Display on the phones stays back one hour. I believe I may just need a reboot. Thanks for your reply.
