7300 new imaging unit not recognized

Panel says to replace black imaging unit. When I do, it still says the same thing. I have tried 2 imaging units with no luck.

Pull the imaging drums and transfer belt, use a small screwdriver to pry up on each of the 4 sets of three spring loaded contacts for each drum. Using alcohol soak each contact set and manually manipulate them to clean them then reseat the contacts and transfer belt and drums. power the printer back up and this should eliminate the error message.
