722C Won't Print Colors

Our 722C suddenly quit printing the color yellow. We changed the cartridge, thinking perhaps it was empty. Still, no yellow and now it has quit printing blue!

We took the printer apart & cleaned the maintenance tub and then did an alignment, a prime, cleaned the spring loaded contacts, and reseated all cables. We also updated the drivers and did a communications test, which said that the computer & printer were communicating properly. Still, the printer is only printing red. Any ideas or suggestions?

hi there. press the cart on a lint free cloth and verify its blotting all three colors. If it is clearly blotting three colors, the cart works and should print yellow and cyan as well as magenta. You have done most of what you should do otherewise.
