715/75 Keyboard/Mouse Adapter

I have an old 715/75 workstation, and I want to connect it up to my KVM switch.

Does anyone know if there's an adapter to convert the phone-style Keyboard/Mouse plug to PS2?

I did several different google searches, but came up with nothing.

I used to install their products in my country and they have solutions to connect unix terminals to their KVM switches, very good products.
