Hi all, im having a bit of trouble with a 7025-F50, it came in with nothing in it and i put disks, memory, and a processor in it, then came to power it on and tried to get into the service processor but alas it has a password.

Does any know how to disable the password? i've tried removing the battery and swapping the SP for another card but no joy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not believe that the service password can be disabled. I believe a service person, who knows how,,, can break it once, and only once,, or so I have been told. But after it is broke,, that you can change the password, and add a user to the service password list. At least that is the story that was related to me.
